On a cold wonderful evening

as we sit by the warm

cozy fire drinking warm

hot chocolate playing

cribbage on the

coffee table at

my grandparents house

while watching “A white Christmas

and “The Grinch” and the my brothers

performance of The Nutcracker

This year it will be mine!

Merry Christmas!

Wow! Nice job Allie. I like all of the adjectives, and it perfectly describes a Christmas that I would have at my house. Keep up the good work!

Good job Allie I am sure that the nutcracker you watch this year is better than all the previous ones. Have fun with your grandparents! Also what is cribbage? Is it fun? Great work! Hope you feel better.

Allie, thank you for writing your holiday poem, even though you are sick. Your poem was wonderful, I loved your vivid adjectives that you used to describe your tradition. I watch White Christmas every year with my family, and we sing a long to all the songs. Don’t you just wish we could all break out into song and dance when ever we wanted to?
