I loved seeing the bulletin board in the hallway with the children’s fall art. When I was younger, I always picked up the most gorgeous leaves in the backyard of my house and wanted them to stay the color they were when I found them. I was always so disappointed when, in the morning or a few days later, the leaves were crinkly and brown.

I heard that you can “save” those bright red, orange, and yellow leaves in a book and they won’t lose as much of their color. I wonder if that’s true….
