You showed why other people might disagre with you and why you think what you think. I could go with ither side on this subject. I could agree because with you on the fact that a lot of home-work is on the computer (like the home-work I am doing right now). I could also agree with the point you made that some people get home late at night (my self inclued) and they might be tired not not do it. I could also disagre with some points that you made. One is that even with time set iside kids might still play games. Another thing is that kids could be cyber-bullying someone and the teachers and parents would not be able to regulate what is happening. Overall you made very good points.
