I think that having one and one macs is very good. It is good because you can get organized. It is very smart to have one computer per person. It affects our learning because it makes us learn a lot more about computers.  It also gets us to use even more of the technology that we have.

It will also affect our lifestyle with technology. I am going to try using the system preferences more on the mac book air. I will also explore the mac in a lot of ways so that I can be ready when I get a mac at school. Having macs at school is going to be awesome. It is a good idea to have macs for each person.

I chose this picture because it was very happy and exciting. Learning about the Chinese New Year is awesome. This was on January 22, 2011. So many pictures in photo journalism can be scary or sad but this one makes me happy.

This image takes place on the day before Chinese New Years day. The people are dressed in colorful clothes. They have big smiles on their faces and it makes everything colorful. The big dragon in the picture represents the year of the dragon.

Kit Kat is my Burmese cat. I esteem Kit Kat. Kit Kat’s next adventure is to the fantastic Great wall of China. The Great wall of China is extensive. The Chinese people were very benevolent to Kit Kat. The rangers at the Great wall of China consented Kit Kat that he could go on the Great wall of China. Kit Kat was intrigued by the Great wall of China. It is an amazing marvel. Kit Kat’s mission was to walk across the Great wall of China. This was an amazing oppertunity. Kit Kat couldn’t exaggerate about that amazing adventure.

The  plot in Homeless Bird is that Koly is going  to get married to a very sick boy named Hari. Then Hari, Koly, and Hari’s parents goe to the Sacred Ganges river. The Indians believe that the water in the Ganges river is sacred, but Hari dies. Now Koly is a Widow. This book takes place in 1980-190 in India. The theme of this book is courage because Koly has to be strong because Hari is dead. The characters are: Koly, Hari, Chandra, Baap, Maa, Sass, and Sasset.

Meteor Showers are caused by meteors. Meteors are actually pieces of rock that have broken off a comet, and continue to orbit the sun.

At school  the whole 5th grade is learning about doing good things for other people. We call it the gift of time. It’s just like taking the time to help other people. I spent alot of time with my grandparents. I helped my grandpa put Christmas decorations back into a closet in their basement. I also brought my grandparents water when they were thirsty. My grandpa has cancer and he is ill so I wanted to mainly spend time with him. To me the gift of time is one of the most selfless things to do. It just takes atleast 20 minutes of your freetime to go out and do the right thing. I hope that everyone had a great Winter break.

The end of my Thanksgiving was great, but the begining was not so great. That day in the afternoon I was on my bike riding in the neighborhood. I was going really fast, and when I got to the curb I then crashed into the fence in the coldasack. I felt terrible because my knuckles were bloody and I had alot of scratches on my hands and arms. After that I felt good to see my grandparents and my aunt and uncle. As I said before the end of my day was great. I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

My cat, Kit Kat is a Ninja. This is how I know. 1] He jumps 7 feet in the air.2] He is Lightning fast.3] He has a way with getting his toys from me using his paws! Yeah, my cat is awesome.
