I am so excited about getting Mac book air’s. I feel really responsible have my own computer. I also feel like I am going to be a better student. Instead of having to use the home computer I could use my own. I will be able to get my homework done quickly and easily. I want to learn how to be a better Mac user. As if finger manners. One finger regular etc. I would also try to become better at using imovie. Like making a trailer or making a real movie. I would also like to be better at using iphoto. I am looking forward to having a Mac.

Students should be able to use their phones at school. If there was a emergency at school, could call for help. For example, if there was a fire the student could use their phone to call the fire department. If a student’s parent forgot to pick them up, the student could call them on their cell phone. Right now, they have to got to the one phone at the front desk and this takes  a lot longer. I think phones are very useful for students at school.

Some people believe students should not be able to use their phones at school, they argue that phones are distracting and unnecessary at school.However in carpool, you might not know your carpool number, and since students don’t have cell phones, they can’t call your mom or dad. Even though they have a point, I still think phones are good to have at school.

Inuit Johnny holds a recent photo of a South Carolina swamp. That’s what his home, near the Artic Circle on Baffin Island, would have looked like 56 million years ago, when summer water temperature at the North Pole hit 74F

The reason why this picture stood out to me because it seems like these people really understands other climates. When I first saw it I thought it was just a pack of wolves but I realized  it was more than that. It people understanding other climates of the world and I think that, that is the best thing in the world. Instead of people worry about their problems. They worry about other people’s problems

I went to Myrtle Beach this spring break. It was a blast there! When I woke up the second morning my dad told me that we were going to a golf course. My dad knew it rained that night but he did not care. I put on my clothes and then we headed out without telling anyone. Driving, driving finally we get there. Right when we got there the field was wet. All of a second two golf carts zoomed down the road. My dad screamed “Look out they are going to crash”! I jumped out of the way. One of the golf carts was down the wet road the other was doing the same thing! They were breaking so hard I could here the friction from there wheels on the wet road. My dad and I both knew, they were going to crash. They did not crash right away they tossed and turned. They did not crash! I think it was because all of the friction between the cart and the road.

Okay… here are differences between 1976 & 2012. In 1976 just after the integration. That means black people and white people were so posed to do everything together. That is not what happened in this book. People in this book wanted to segregate again! Here is a quote      “You got beat up a black girl”. That is not right to do or at least that is what I say. Why would people treat other people I mean we are all humans. Now it is not like that, people now know that we are all humans. So white people play with black people!

My Ode to Science

Whenever I see the chemical form of water, I faint

Oh science how I love you

With chemicals so small

Explosions so big you make me feel good

If an atom blew that would be my heart because I would not see you

When a lightning bolt hits the ground, it would make a heart with M+S in it

I like to be shocked so I can feel you

People have to help me down to Science Class because I fainted running

If I was a battery, I would be on the negative side and you would be on the positive side

The only intellectually stimulating conversation is about you

I was trick-or-treating with my friends. We stumbled on a scary house it turns-out, it was a Haunted House, we went in through the garage. There was this guy in a scary Halloween costume. When I went up to get some candy…. he scared me! When I went up again, he pulled on my bag. I was pulling to, he pulled so hard I let  go. I was scared to get my bag  back but I maned up. He gave my bag back since he saw that I was probably going to a parent. The moral of the story is don’t go in the Haunted House.

Why do we care: Now all of the information that we have might not be true about the T-Rex. We also know that using scale models is not as accurate as using scans of actual skeleton fossils.

Why do we care: Chelsea could beat the U.S because they are a well formed team and very athletic.

My essential question is how was Cuneiform formed and what did they document. I did this project because it stood out to me; it was very bold. I thought it would be hard to research.  It turned out that it was not as hard as I thought it would be. I have seven websites with great information about my topic. There is going to be a lot of facts about my project and I hope you enjoy.

Here is a fact that most people do not know. Cuneiform started out as wedged shapes. You would write on clay with a sharp tool to make these shapes.  They would document  on their clay tablets about  something historic that happened in their civilization. Soon there writing spread all across the Middle East. Using their system of writing they also documented about their life and how much food they had.

I learned that something small like Cuneiform can turn  into a very big thing even country wide.I think almost everything went well. What did not go well was that I could barely find material about Cuneiform.The project was really fun. Thank-you for reading my blog.
