This Christmas break what I did to volunteer was make a bird house with my grandpa so he could have something to do. I also play my guitar on Christmas for my family and I also played with my to little cousins on a swing I made.

Hi my name is Matthew. This week my class and I are trying out  for the Nutcrcker. My class and I have just finished our Mesopotamia segment in social studies now we are studying Egypt. The class is also taking two quizzes in math Thursday and Friday.  In one week the whole grade is going to the High Museum. We are also going to have a Wordly Wise and math test on Tuesday. In a few week’s the whole grade is going to preform the Nutcracker. The Nutcracker is a tall tale of a girl named Marie and a Nutcracker who travel to magical candy lands where the meet Russian baker’s and candy flutes and Chinese tea makers. While the nutcracker and Marie are on there journey the Nutcracker has a duel with the Rat King and triumphs his victory over the Rat King.

 I was so exited my family and I are about to see an eclipse. The world and sky are so versatile. My dad was so diligent about working on the fire o stay lit. Me and my brother were doing  antic stuff. It was so cold so our attire was thick.

Hi. I am studying Marduk and how he became chief of the gods. My essential question is why there were good gods and bad gods.  One of the reasons I picked this topic was because it had a lot of what I liked, such as adventure and thrill. like fighting and long journeys. I can’t wait to tell you about it.

Marduk is a young god, but he was still very powerful because he defeated the evil goddess, Tiamat. The reason Marduk was chosen to destroy the evil goddess was because he was the only one who would do it. The reason the other gods agreed to his terms of being chief of the gods was because the very wise water god Ea planned a flapjack party with lots of vases filled with wine that the gods could drink from. So once they were in a happy mood they would agree to Marduk’s terms. I think the reason why there are good gods and bad gods is it helps the good gods be strong. Another reason is the bad gods even though they’re bad they might be in charge of something like a river or animal.

I am so excited cause we are going to the Bahamas in a helicopter that is aloft. I hope it will hover over the ocean. If the plane is very flammable I will have to be elude. I wonder if this helicopter is superb. If it is it is probably not going to plummet.
