My Dream

My dream is to be an Adventurest. I know that doesn’t sound cool, but if you have a lot of imagination and you think about it, it kind of sounds cool. I always love to act like an Adventurest and think of how cool it would be. I always dream that I have 3 friends with me. We would go on an adventure to save the world from……well, the bad guy. Plus I am a dare devil and some of those who know me, know that about me. I always think of how cool it would be to be super strong and nice. I think of how awesome it would be to be to be super smart, get great grades, and the coolest kid in school. That’s why I get up in the morning every day and go to school and try to have a good attitude. That’s why I hate to be mean and try to do the best that I can. I love my dream but I never talk about it because I’m afraid people will laugh. Not this time. I thought about it and I decided to speak what I was thinking and be my self around everyone. I hope you all do the same.

I think this sounds VERY cool! I also love adventure, but I’m not sure I would call myself a “dare devil” like you!
I’m really impressed that you had the courage to share your dream and the type of person you want to be. I’ve always thought you come in every morning with a great attitude, and I love that you’re setting such a positive example in 5th grade. Even though it’s sometimes scary to show people who you really are, I think you’ll be surprised at how many of your peers will want to follow in your footsteps and live up to the example you’ve set. I feel so lucky to have you in my class, Melissa! Keep sharing your thoughts!

Now that is what I call an aspiration! Your idea makes me want to become an adventurist too. Your writing makes me think of the types of writing people like Bear Grylls, Sir Edmund Hillary, Tenzing Norgay, and others like them must have done when they were in 5th grade.
Keep having the dream, and keep talking to people. You’ll be surprised how much support you will get!

I believe that your positive attitude will get you far in life! An adventurer is someone who has an adventurous spirit and who tackles challenges head-on. I think you are brave to share your innermost thoughts with your classmates and the world, and I bet your post will inspire others to do the same! I am not a daredevil like you are, but I do like adventures, especially ones that take me to new places and help me discover new things. I wish you good luck in your future adventures– wherever they take you!
